CHANGES TO OUR DAILY OPERATIONS:
-You MUST have your MASK ON before entering the store. It must cover your nose and mouth.
-Shields do NOT replace masks. If you wear a shield you must wear a mask as well.
-You must use a sanitised basket to shop
-All aisles will be one way
-Limiting number of shoppers (Saturday is the busiest day of the week, we suggest popping in on an alternative day if your schedule allows.)
-When we are busy we ask one person per family so others can shop as well
-We are cleaning, sanitizing everything and washing our hands
(the bathroom door is open for everyone to wash their hands.)
-If you want to use your Reusable Bags you will be asked to bag your items yourself (we use brown paper bags made out of recycled materials, no cost to you)
-Minimize Touching Merchandise While Shopping
-NO Returns during the Covid-19 Pandemic
-No Late Nights
-Practice Physical Distancing
-Order Online and Choose Curb-Side or ship it UPS.
We are encouraging people to please order online. We are working extremely hard to keep up with all the orders. If you are unable to order online or having problems ordering online simply call us or email us with your phone number. We may have to return your call at at a later time, but we will help you fill your order.
-Phone orders will incur an additional credit card surcharge, to pay for the additional credit card fee for manually entering your credit card.
-Once you have placed your order online, please allow a minimum of one hour before picking up. During busy times it may be longer.
If you are placing an order after hours please allow one hour after the store reopens.
-You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. --Please do not place orders on our social media pages or on our voice mail
